What Men Need to know About Pattaya

What do you need to know when you come to Pattaya, Thailand? Traveling to Pattaya could be one of the best decisions you ever make as a man, especially coming from the West. Experiencing a different culture with a refreshing value system, where traditional roles for men and women are defined and perpetuated, can bring you to a heightened sense of yourself. The melting pot of immigrants that western societies contain, causes traditional values from the countries where new age citizens originated from, to get watered down, or lost completely. So when you get an opportunity to immerse yourself within a culture where the value system from their cultural norms are still practiced. I strongly suggest that you aggressively pursue that opportunity.

Some may ask why travel to Thailand?

And why should Pattaya be one of the destinations on your bucket list? The reason is simple. The experience can change your life! The interactions with Thai culture will help you understand your value as men and a breadwinners. You will gain relationship experience that you can use to guide your future family or current family. Narrowing your definition of the type of women that can make your life better will also be an outcome. You will discover a clear path to educate your children on life choices that lead to the best results. This blog will explain these surreal realities that you allow yourself to experience when you travel to locations where gender roles aren’t despised. Most men will experience moments of true freedom and peace in Pattaya.

So let’s get into it. What do you need to know when you arrive in Pattaya?

The most important thing that you need to know and do first and foremost is; leave your western value system in the West. What does that mean? It means that the tools or the means of attracting women in the west don’t apply in Pattaya. You don’t need a flashy car, thick chains around your neck, or name brands on your clothes. Just being here accomplishes all of those prerequisites. The women already know how expensive the flight is from the West. They assume you are a man of means, because of what you spent to get here.

Grown men don’t have to prove anything about their status, with the ornaments they can surround themselves with or the amount of bling they can adorn themselves with. In all actuality trying to floss that way attracts the attention of predators and criminals, looking for a way to relieve you of some of your ostentatious display of wealth. In general it’s not a good idea to show off extravagant amounts of wealth around poor people. All you’re doing is making yourself a more likely target to be robbed or taken advantage of.

Do not allow yourself to become fixated on one woman,

especially the first woman you meet. There are plenty of fish in the sea. You can be honest and open about your desire to meet other women. If the woman doesn’t want to deal with that, two things are gonna happen. Either she steps up and shows you that she’s the only woman you need, or she steps off and you’re free to do as you please. During your first trip you need some space and time to unwind from the pressures of your day to day life at home and the ability to seek out a variety of encounters. This sometimes can be best accomplished when you’re alone.

Paying your bill is what matters in Pattaya. Therefore men, when you go to any establishment know the prices for items and drinks. Some bars charge higher priced drinks for women that work at the bar, sometimes 2 or 3 times as much. A bar tab can grow quite high real fast if you’re not paying attention. If there is a disagreement, just know you will not win as a foreigner. So pay your bills, do not escalate any arguments or create altercations with staff. Those actions will always end badly.

Do things that you don’t do in your home country.

Try different foods. Take excursion trips to the many islands that surround Pattaya. Visit the animal sanctuaries, pet tigers, and pose with elephants. You’ll be amazed at how removed westerners are from nature and many of the excursion destinations will be truly, emotionally rewarding and memorable. You will be glad you did.

Don’t do the typical power vacation we do in the west, trying to visit as many destinations as you can in a limited amount of time. Passport Bro, use your first trip as a springboard for plans to visit other locations like Krabi or Phuket at a later date. If you try to power through your Thailand vacation, spending 2 or 3 nights in a variety of cities, this will diminish your experience. Rushing to airports, driving to a destination 2 or 3 hours from the airport, and then packing and unpacking will recreate the stress that you attempted to take a vacation from.

Thailand is truly a beautiful country, staying in big cities like Pattaya and Bangkok may deprive you of some fresh air and absolutely stunning sights of nature. Two destinations may be enough for your 1st trip. Also plan on spending about 17 days if you can. This will give you time to recover from the jet lag and enough time to truly enjoy the journey that you have embarked on. There are also alternative housing options you may not be aware of, so try staying at Thai hotels or serviced apartments and compare the prices and amenities.

How does interacting with Thai culture benefit your children and family in the future?

The benefits come from seeing first hand how valuable Education is, how valuable a good Husband is, and how valuable Fathers are to children. When you move through a culture that doesn’t rely on government handouts, your ability to provide and protect is highly valued and respected. Unlike in your home country where most of the laws and government benefits regarding family relationships favor women. Your advice and guidance as a man in Thailand is well received. Because you’re a living example of how education and employable skills can make life better. And how attaining those skills allow you to travel to places in the world thousands of miles from your home.

Last but not least, please smile!

It may seem odd why this type of facial expression is so important to the success of your trip. But smiling is important because smiling endears Thai people to one another and will endear them to you. It’s a simple act that will make all your interactions with Thai culture much more fruitful. Trust me on that.

men

You’ve made the right decision.

Traveling men in the 21st century have opened the door to more meaningful relationships because you’re not restricted to the females that live within your proximity in the West. It’s also a wake up call to the women in the West. We are now seeing western women realizing they have to compete with more women globally for men’s attention and resources. Hopefully when armed with a higher awareness of your self worth. You can build better and stronger families when you choose that path.
