Growing up, whenever we found someone that had skills in the kitchen,
we’d call him Chef Boyardee. That meant whatever came off the stove onto the plate was a flavor you could savor all day! That’s exactly how I feel every time I eat one of the entrées at Harlan’s. Harlan’s cuisine is so good, words cannot describe the explosion of piquancy that comes with every bite. When you take the first mouthful of anything from his amazing menu, the blend of herbs and spices will leave you wanting more. The anticipation of your next visit starts as soon as you begin.
Harlan’s is owned and operated by the master chef Harlan himself.
The culinary delights that he prepares are absolutely magnificent. I would describe the menu as continental-international. The reason for that is, Harlan’s unique menu takes you all around the world. He infuses ingredients from every corner of the Earth. The variety of entrées and appetizers take you to the Americas, Europe, and Asia, making your dining experience a succulent international adventure. Then, there are the signature martinis offered at the bar. My personal favorite is the passion fruit martini.
Some of my favored meals are the Wagyu steak on a bed of macaroni and cheese, the beef spare ribs served on a bed of gnocchi, and the crab cakes. After that I’m anticipating fine coffee and a true treat from the desert menu, or maybe another martini.
The dining room has a modern, intimate, and vibrant atmosphere.
Truly a perfect match for the food that’s being served. The staff is warm and friendly. The perfect storm of good food, friendly people, and a comfortable dining area, makes the evening even more memorable.
